The way the old slots was set up, we were able to chat with friends, check stats, know how many more till next rank, cheer friends on when we have badges to work on, now to chat with friend we have to stop spinning and move to screen to see what is being said. I do have concerns about the future of Pogo since the number of participants has dwindled. I would love to see site demographics, I would bet the biggest erosion is younger players joining. Then Pogo released Mahjong Escape where you had to pay for your power ups. Other gen power up games can be played without the power ups usually pretty easily.
